We serve premium, handmade dumplings with the same authentic flavors and smell, or 味儿 ("wei-r"), as you would get as if you were on the streets of Beijing. Ayi was founded by Beijingers sick of eating Americanized or low quality dumplings in NYC, and we hope to reintroduce the world to the unique cuisine of our hometown. What you see is what you get!
Fresh Ingredients and All Handmade
From the dough to the stuffing, we use the highest quality flour, wild caught shrimp, fresh vegetables, and freshly ground meats and spices in our dumplings.
Our dumplings are frozen immediately after to ensure all flavors are locked in. This allows for rapid delivery to your doorstep and we recommend cooking dumplings within a week of receiving them.
